Batman- Read the new 52 titles (batman, detective comics, dark knight, batman and robin) and the must reads like year one and killing joke.
Hulk- planet hulk and world war hulk are my favorites
Spider-man (dont forget the – theres a site dedicated to it) ultimate spider-man is amazing and in the normal universe of it start at the other and read one more day / brand new day onewards to the new stuff since they rebuted it there.
Anyone else? and just expand from there maybe read more of the new 52, read all the ultimate comics and you can get into avengers from spider-man / they redid it recently and are only like 20 comics in so start there and you can always back track later.
